JobsRevenue Manager Assistant
Ideally, you have a first experience in Revenue Management or an experience in Reservations/Front Office with close collaboration with a Revenue Manager. Your role will be to analyze data, propose pricing strategies, and contribute to the financial performance of our partner hotels.
Key responsibilities:
Analyze the performance (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR) of several client hotels and implement actions to maximize their performance.
Manage rates and availability based on demand, market trends, and client objectives.
Optimize distribution channels (OTA, website, GDS) and use tools such as PMS, RMS, and Channel Manager to improve visibility and performance.
Collaborate with clients and their teams (Hotel Managers, Sales & Marketing).
Prepare personalized reports for each client, with clear and actionable insights.
Monitor competitors and market trends to adjust strategies in real time.
Participate in client meetings to present results and propose adjustments.
Profile sought:
Education: Degree in hotel management, tourism, economics, or equivalent.
Experience: First experience in Revenue Management (internship, fixed-term or permanent contract) OR experience in Reservations/Front Office with close collaboration with a Revenue Manager.
Technical skills:
Proficiency in Revenue Management tools is a plus.
Comfortable with advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas) and Power BI/Tableau (an asset).
Knowledge of PMS systems (Opera, Mews, Fidelio, etc.) appreciated.
Languages: Fluent in French and English (essential for communicating with clients).
Soft skills: Analytical, rigorous, autonomous, and a good communicator. Able to manage several clients in parallel.
Differentiating strengths:
Experience in a multi-client environment.
Knowledge of yield management strategies (length of stay, rate restrictions, segmentation).
Interest in data and data visualization (dashboard creation, predictive analysis).
