I have worked in the upscale hotel industry for more than 20 years. Starting with front line operations in Brussels and later in Paris and London, I held various positions with the Millennium group. After returning to Brussels, I managed the Rooms Division including Front Office Maintenance and Housekeeping at the boutique hotel Barsey, by Warwick Hotels. I joined then Hilton Hotels to manage the Rooms Division for the considerably larger Hilton Brussels. Afterwards, as Director of Revenue of The Hotel, I participated in the repositioning and refurbishment of this major property in Brussels. I use my expertise now to help owners and management companies position their hotels, find business opportunities and achieve their digital transformation.

With a strong passion for the Hotel industry and with more than 20 years of experience, I have served all major departments including front office, reservations, groups and conferences in different countries and worked  with International chains and luxury properties such as Relais and Châteaux, Sheraton, Roccoforte Hotels, Thon Hotels and Accor Hotels.In the last decade I covered the role as Director of Revenue Management expanding my knowledge in this field with great responsibility and competences. I use my expertise to support owners and management companies to implement revenue strategies and create processes optimising Hotel profitability.
